“Good ”

“breakfast was delicious. staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. only negative was there was way too much clutter. too much furniture and too many decorative thingys on top of the furniture.”

“Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there……

“First the good: Our rooms were clean and the beds including mattresses were new and great to sleep on. I loved that there weren’t any carpets that usually collect dirt and smell badly. The a/c seemed to be brand new, worked very well and was quiet. The two rooms we occupied were both very quiet. Each room had a fairly big clean fridge and well working microwave. The breakfast was simple, but everything was fresh and food areas were clean. Excellent tea selection and fresh good coffee. Staff at……

“Lovely updated property. Small pool and had issues with the AC in the gym but the lovely staff, nice breakfast and clean updated amenities made up for it. I would return.”

“First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. However on the first night there were people smoking in their rooms. You could smell it all from outside the……

“Our room was clean but very congested. Very small mini fridge and no microwave. No closet just a small bar to hang clothes on. Tub was extremely slippery. Beds were very comfortable. Typical breakfast fare nothing very appealing. Went somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us upfront for incidentals of 75.00 which I did not like at all. We won't stay at this property again.”

“We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!”

“Room had just been renovated and there was still work being done. We were very pleased overall with the stay. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful with dinner options. We would stay at this property again.”
