Bedroom 2 offers two twin beds, a TV for streaming, a ceiling fan, and a closet. The Living room offers two full-size sofas, accompanied by an electric fireplace and a ceiling fan. Relaxing outdoor areas: The property boasts a fenced backyard perfect for your pet, a sunroom in the front of the property, with furniture for dining al fresco. The back deck has breathtaking views of Lake Erie. Full-size washer and dryer in laundry room. Forced air, gas heat, and window air conditioners in the living room and both bedrooms for a comfortable stay. There’s plenty of parking for up to three vehicles and a boat or trailer in the stone driveway. An outside plug is available to plug the boat in.
