The master suite is a true retreat, complete with a luxurious ensuite. Wake up to serene inner harbour views and step out onto the sun-drenched deck to start your day in a peaceful setting. At the heart of the home, the open-plan lounge and dining area seamlessly connect with the chef’s kitchen, where premium appliances, including a gas stove, pyrolytic oven, and combi oven, ensure every meal is crafted with ease. Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the space flows onto the expansive wraparound deck, providing the perfect vantage point for spectacular sunsets, while water access is close by, making it easy to enjoy paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming. The two additional bedrooms provide flexibility, with one designed to be self-contained—an ideal private space for extended family. A soaking bath in the family bathroom creates the perfect spot to unwind, while an adjacent separate toilet adds extra convenience. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating, while central air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the seasons. Digital keyless entry offers added convenience, and heat-resistant engineered stone benchtops in the kitchen add both style and functionality. Located in the exclusive Rangitahi Peninsula, this home is a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet just moments from Raglan’s vibrant township.
