It consists of a living-dining room, an American kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms (with double beds). It also has a large sunny terrace which offers a very nice view of the sea. Air conditioning in the living room and satellite TV (French channels). The building has an elevator and community parking (no private space). Ideal for family vacations.
