"The room was clean the AC was on when we walked in so it was great after being outside in the heat was awesome to walk into a cooled off room. Only complaint I have is we came back from a concert and the room wasn’t clean we didn’t even have fresh towels. After I called downstairs to ask about new towels I was told to come down and get them. Which honestly it is what it is but 420$ for two night stay sucks we can’t come back to a clean room much less fresh towels. "

In 4 days at hotel no one else looked up from check-in desk to acknowledge or greet us as we came back to the hotel. There were out of order signs on vending machines and doors (going where?) You can only enter by the front door. There were only two handicap spaces so in the evening when returning had to park in the back of the hotel. Side door can not be opened from outside (not...
