“Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)”

“This was the perfect spot to converge for a family wedding. We liked that there the ample common spaces for West Coast-East Coast to hang out and catch up. The close prximity to shops and restaurants was a plus. My SoCal contingent loved having a garage. We also appreciated the good communication with the host. ”

“Finding a place for our big family to gather, all in one location, was a dream come true. We filled every bed & every seat at the table & never felt cramped. There was plenty of space for everyone, even a quiet spot upstairs for the baby to nap. We did not lack for ammenities (note the huge washer & dryer), & even hosted family reunion dinner & an UNO tournament one night. Safeway & CVS are 5 minutes away, there's a fantastic Farmer's Market every Saturday, & a quaint little village just 10……

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again."
