What I appreciated was that the staff were all very open to suggestions and receptive to feedback. I stayed in their ADA room, which they were kind enough to upgrade me to after I'd booked a bed in the dorm room. The shared accessible bathrooms were a bit tricky to get to from the dorm rooms so it was much appreciated and certainly made my stay easier. The hostel isn't technically fully ADA-compliant, but they have made efforts to make it accessible and I could tell they cared about my experience and were open to feedback to make the place more accessible. They put a temporary ramp out front, which I managed to get up thanks to the power assist motor on my manual chair, but it was much too steep. Ideally they would put up a permanent ADA-compliant ramp, but if not at least a portable metal ramp of a lesser grade would be better. The ADA room met my accessibility needs for my stay, but didn't have a shower chair with a transfer bench or backrest so I suggested that. It was basic, as most hostel rooms are, but the bed was cozy and was fairly quiet at night. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it looked well-equipped. It looked like they are planning to open a café/bar soon and that will be a nice addition.
