This property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near a walking trail. The indoor area is small but lovely and decorated with charm. The property includes an outdoor courtyard with chairs and a fire pit. The owners were delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to revisit this property in the future.
Very cute place, perfect for me and my friend. It was a good location, quiet/safe neighborhood and still an easy drive into Seattle. The beds were comfy and the loft wasn’t too hard to deal with, it was nice to have a refuge after being out all day, there’s also a really nice park nearby. I would recommend staying here!
My daughter and I stayed here for two nights while we looked for apartments for her in Seattle. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The space is adorable and very comfortable. I recommend for sure.
loved the property & the hosts . had everything we needed-even got fresh eggs from the hens!! so convenient to downtown-we even took the bus to avoid parking
We were very impressed by the comfort this suite provided, and though it is a little bit of a drive to downtown Seattle (20 minutes or so) we mostly didnt mind, especially considering getting to stay in a nice, safe neighborhood.
Amazing rental!! Beautiful location and such a cute place to stay, we even got to say hi to the chickens - 10/10 recommend. I know we’ll be coming back :)
Stayed for exactly 2 weeks. Very friendly hosts who left me to my own devices unless I asked for something, or directions. Wonderfully located a close drive from the Link Lihjt rail system, which I found convenient for getting around, especially downtown. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.
This place is ideal if you want something clean, modest, well priced, and conveniently located for the NW Seattle/Shoreline area. It is located on a quiet street with off-street parking, and it is close to I-5, Aurora Ave and the light rail line. The property owners are on site and very helpful, so getting any issues resolved is very easy. I will definitely use this space again. A
Laurie and Josh created the sweetest little space. It was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel for our short stay. Super clean, adorably decorated, and really comfortable. Best bonus? Fresh eggs in the fridge from their chickens! Such a nice surprise! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Laurie has created a cute little spot here in Shoreline! It was just enough space for my husband and I and our two young girls. The king bed in the loft is very comfortable, and it was awesome having A/C during a few warm July days. We’d stay again!
Very cute property, thoughtfully appointed. Great water pressure in the shower, and delicious coffee. Probably best for a couple - it was a little cozy for a mother and son to share. It was further to drive to the things we wanted to visit in Seattle than I thought, but that's likely my fault.
We loved the chickens and this cute loft space! Very clean, and easy to commute where we wanted to sight see. The fold out couch could benefit from a mattress topper, as it was pretty uncomfortable. But the loft bed was great. Overall would stay again.
My hosts were nice, even though i only had brief interactions with them. The loft is clean, well fitted out and has good wifi. My only issues were the loft itself was too low for most people and I had to sleep on a sofa bed that wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice. Could use a pull bar in the tub area
The place is so cozy, clean and cute. Perfect for our weekend getaway! The toiletries amenities were more than any other places I've stayed in, they even provided ear plugs and dental floss! How thoughtful is that? All the kitchen appliances work and the bathroom was delightfully spacious. The owners, who are not professional builders, built the place themselves. We kept marveling at all the little details, how all the beddings fit perfectly in the drawers under the stairs, the wooden paneling on the wall, the painting on the shed, the matching bathroom wallpaper and the kitchen drawers. It's obvious that this little loft was a work of love. So amazing.

Convenient, Yet Misses The Mark
Very well situated garage conversion, which was tastefully done. The owners keep it very clean and have some nice touches with leaving eggs in the fridge and earplugs for excess noise. However, as well as they have done with the conversion, it does not take away from the fact that the sleeping area mezzanine is very ergonomically challenging (and that is from someone who is short) and there was a pervasive smell of damp, likely due to the fact that the bed is basically a king sized sponge on the floor; perhaps even has a mold issue. Also, the sofa/bed is horribly uncomfortable, even to sit on, as are the plastic, broken dining table chairs. Plastic drinkware is understandable but just wrong. Could do with a slip mat in the shower as that's a bit dangerous.
Nice neighbourhood, though.
Beautiful and very well-kept space! We really enjoyed our stay, and it was relatively easy to commute down to Seattle from this location. Great quiet neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay again!
Just the right size and comfortable. The hosts were very kind, and the space was clean. We spent most of our time out on the patio, which overlooks a part of the neighborhood. Very peaceful, close to shops, and not far from Seattle.
Very sweet hosts. The bed was comfortable in a cozy place. The area felt safe and it was easy to get places. If we’re around, we’ll definitely be staying here again!
I loved this location! Laurie was a great host! Quiet neighborhood and located not far from Seattle, which is what i was looking for. She let me know I had left something and I was able to go back and get it. I spent quite a bit of time outside one the little patio reading in the evening and talking with chickens!
