“We were headed back to Orlando to fly home from vacation in the Keys. We were tired and needed a place to stay 1 night. Wish we could've stayed longer!! What a beautiful gem of a hotel! The front desk clerk was so nice! They offer free breakfast delivered to your room in the morning! You pick what time. Check out is noon, so i wanted to use the pool in the morning. Went down after we received our breakfast. Wow! What a nice, beautiful setting at the pool! Gorgeous flowers, lake view! Beds were……

“i had requested that I receive clean towels as well as emptying the garbages on day 2, of 4, & it was never done. The receptionist had requested this service & staff did not comply. As a result i requested a new room for the remaining 2 nights which they provided for me. They apologized, yet the service was lacking for a Hilton. The breakfast I would have expected some yogurt or fruit & this was not the case. Wawa was my morning choice even though "breakfast" was included. No thank you.”

“Well appointed rooms with great linens and fantastic soaps and hair care products. A/C was aways cold , great shower water pressure. Staff went out of the way to make our 25th wedding anniversary a pleasurable quiet weekend. ”

“This was the dirtiest property i have stayed in for some time. Toilet seats and bowl were full of scat, fixtures were old dirty and most did not work.”

“The room was clean and fresh. There’s a small bar area with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom had complimentary Dove brand pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand wash. Bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of storage in case you need it. There was a bar downstairs but we didn’t try it. We were late for breakfast and there wasn’t much left at 9:45 when we got there. They had a pancake machine that was pretty cool but……
