“5 ladies in my family stayed here for 3 nights and loved everything about this farmhouse. Every room was huge! Plenty of bathrooms and space for all of us. The kitchen had everything a person would need to prepare meals. Lots of towels too. We visited the farm and enjoyed petting the donkeys.we will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful little farmhouse with everything I needed for my visit to Townsend. Well-decorated and stocked. Loved the patio for early morning coffee, and the private river access. Very close to all that Townsend has to offer, and convenient to the National Park and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.”

“From the minute we drove up , we loved this place . So peaceful. Boho Barn is exactly like the pictures! Perfect decorated for Boho sheek ! The host made for such an easy check in , with all information in text and email . Super clean place . Warm and welcoming.The bed is so comfortable! Plenty of space ! Hot tub was great. Loved having our morning tea and coffee out on the porch . Sitting and relaxing . Our dogs loved the yard to play in . And a welcome bottle of wine and note from the host ....

“We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious.”

“Perfect location, close to all the attractions and the National Park. The home was nice and cozy and had pretty much everything we needed, for laundry, bath, and dishes. ( bring own spices) . At night the kids were able to chase firefly and we had several rabbits and squirrels visit us. Quite family friendly homes.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Price Farms. The hosts were very kind and communicative. They answered all of our questions prior to our trip and they let our kids and grandkids "play" with the animals. They even let them bottle feed calves. The home was exactly as described. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely stay there. Very cozy”

“The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!”

“Beautiful house. Met our needs perfectly. Loved the mattress in the master. It was like sleeping on a cloud. We had one issue with a beeping smoke detector that was not easily reached. We contact the owner/manager and it was quickly taken care of! We would so stay here again!”

“Perfect modern but yet a welcoming farmhouse away from the crowd but only minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Smokey Mountain National Park. Excellent views all around the property including sitting on the porch looking at the mountains and horses. The host was more than helpful, very responsive and ensured we had the best time we could possibly have. There is not a doubt in my mind we will be back again! My daughters LOVED this place, and it was definitely hard to leave.”

I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
