"This place is a gem. Stylish and upscale, this has been our favorite VRBO location. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The modern boho vibe was delightful. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The host even gave us snacks, breakfast and plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water. Overall, this is a sweet spot. "Great escape from the city in rural Pennsylvania. The host was communicative and kind and checked-in frequently. The only complaint was the hot tub never got hot, even after warming up for several hours, but we were still able to enjoy it since the temperatures were so cold during our stay. Unfortunately, the building is in a state of disrepair, there appeared to be an active leak in the ceiling and I could only bring myself to stay one night, despite having booked a week-long stay. "This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. "It's not a bed and breakfast home. It's an old building under repairs. The mattress was confortable. The room is really small. The bathroom is too small. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return."
