"Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good."

"Upon arrival the house was very clean and in great order, within 24 hours the property owner Very HATEFULLY AND RUDELY explained I couldn’t have golf carts, that we rented for the weekend, fine, we parked at the gas station. About an hour later she threatens eviction, stating it’s not a party house, we traveled with our kids and parents in 2 groups 2 separate rooms we met up together for approximately 20 mins and this woman started going crazy with messages, telling me how she was driving by...

"The house was perfect for our needs (2 little children and 4 adults). Everything we needed was in the house, including beach chairs. The decks are great and we spent most of our time on the decks or on the beach. Because the house is beachfront, it made it really easy to go to the beach with the two little ones. The property manager was very considerate and let us check in a little early which was very helpful as our plane arrived around noonish. We will definitely come back for another stay."
