Spangle Chalets

The hotel staff is excellent. All were friendly and helpful. Our room was in excellent shape and we enjoyed the well designed decor, including the nightlight built into the bottom of the bathroom Led mirror and the comfy bed. The pool and hot tub were adequately heated and the gym was small but well appointed. The complimentary Breakfast was good and the older Woman who managed it was really sweet. You could tell she took pride in the area. The only negative was the heater in the room, which was...

The bedrooms on the back side of the building you can’t hear the trains. The one on the side and front you can. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, great peace to stay, clean, great price, comfy.

Staff professional

Great location! We are right here by the airport and franks diner! Pluses all around 👍

Great Breakfast every morning! Thank you

This property is very clean. The staff from the receptionists to the housekeeping staff were very helpful.

Staff were all amazing, the room was super clean and the bed was amazing!! They have lots of activities to enjoy while you are there as well as a beautiful pool and hot tub area!! The bed was amazing best night of sleep in a long time ❤️

I like how I was greeted and recognized with a good attitude and noticed how every employee greeted us every time we walked passed them. Pool and fitness is 24hours definitely a plus for the kids & I. Breakfast was very delicious, area was very clean and neat. The breakfast attendant greeted my family , felt very welcome . Gave my kids lollipops to cheer them up in the morning. Overall everything was great and top tier

The property was absolutely gorgeous, bed and bedding were first rate. It was quite comfortable. The location was perfect for our business needs and the proximity to the riverfront park was great. We did not have a rental car, but had no trouble finding places to shop, dine and relax.

Perfect location. Clean. Friendly. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend!

Very friendly check-in staff, bed & pillows were so comfy. Love that it's across the street from First Interstate Center (and that there is a skywalk to FIC). Could have used an extra blanket in my room (to be fair, I didn't look for one). Bar service for late lunch was slow and felt ignored even though it wasn't busy. Sandwich & wine was good, fries weren't. Overall, you can't go wrong with any of the Davenport Hotels.

Great stay! Thanks again!

Loved the blackout blinds!!

Very nice place to stay. Right on the centennial trail. Nice seating outside

I loved the hotel nice and clean the girl that checked me in was very nice

Cool historic hotel with modern amenities and tons of character.

They had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever encountered at a hotel! The staff were also great—super attentive and friendly.

Room was very nice and near new. Everything in the room was great except no microwave oven. The major downside is my we are seniors and my wife is disabled and walks with a cane. The placement of the elevators in the hotel required a fair walk to get there. Also our room was about as far away from the lobby, restaurant, and casino as we could get. My wife was having difficulty getting back to the room at the end of our evening.
