“The Black Walnut Inn is located in a nice walk-in environment, and the breakfast was very delicious. Information such as nearby restaurants and places to visit provided by the Black Walnut Inn was very helpful to me. I would like to visit again.”

“Staff was all super friendly and helpful. Location was where I needed it to be. Renovation was going on, which meant I had to go up 2 floors on the elevator to find a working ice machine. Pool is not as attractive in person as it is in the photo.”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”

“Liked the updated room & bathroom! Friendly staff. Good breakfasts”

“The room was nice, the sliding door to the bathroom needed to be repaired, the carpets seemed new and the elevators had paint on them, looks like they were doing some painting some where. The pool was out of service, but was told we could go next door and use that pool. ”
