"The rental was ok. It is very dated but seemed priced right for what it is. We didn’t use any of the amenities and only used the apartment for sleeping, showering and coffee, in between hikes. The road to the building is very twisty and winding, so be prepared."

"Stovetop didn’t work and I never got a response from the phone number that was provided to me by the property management company. There is a pull out couch but not enough blankets for two beds. Otherwise, very nice. "

"Oh this is by far my favorite place to stay in Tennessee. The hotel has this amazing smell for starters! The rooms are awesome the staff were friendly!! I want to go back and stay again!! I hated leaving! The Waterpark is so awesome kids had a blast it was such a great time to end the day they had a cute bowling game we liked and arcade was fun. They had so much to do in the hotel and the fudge was great too "

"Great hotel with beautiful views! The rooms are starting to show their age a bit, but overall the hotel is a beauty. Not far from downtown, several restaurant options inside, and a lovely, cozy lobby. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!"
