Room was nice and clean but didn’t anticipate the room to be small. Staff helpful and professional. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from train station. Area around hotel is more business/industrial area. No real shopping areas.

perfect for my needs. only issue was the limit on TV volume. I get not wanting to have TVs too loud, but it was hard to hear at the max volume allowed.

nice spot, worked out nice being next to train terminal. we could go anywhere in the city by just walking around the corner. Disney close by made those fun days easier. Staff nice to us, and very clean. it had little market and cafe for breakfast and happy hour

All around really nice

Rooms were large, beds were comfortable, amenities were surprisingly nice, bath and shower really exceeded expectations. The hotel was super quiet and really close to the station. The convenience store is just downstairs and they make their own bread in the morning for super nice treats.

Situated outside Shin-Kiba metro station which is an interchange of 3 metro lines. It is outskirts of the busy city area, which is quiet and peaceful. One of the hotels that i felt most worth it. The hotel location is convenient to places like Disney/Odaiba/Toyosu/Lalaport. Hotel service and amenities are great, with a convenient store below. We had a great stay for a family of 5 (3 adults 2 children) with 2 rooms and daily breakfast . Pay per use washing machines are available which is good for us. Recommended. Thumbs up!

Booked the wrong spot

I booked the wrong branch of this hotel ( I was supposed to book a more centrally located branch) but I got this instead. It’s out there, but near a subway station and actually turned out to be pretty convenient. If you’re looking for something central to Tokyo this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for something that can be a little further out, yet still convenient- this is your place.

Good hotel with one critical flaw

Have to pay extra $1200 yen tax upon check-in due to recent tax law changes. This was not disclosed during booking. Although this isn't a lot of money but it is still surprising that hotel did not simply cover this fee for people who booked before the tax law took affect. I was too tired to argue about this because we were traveling all day already and simply want to rest. They do take Suica/IC card for payment which is good. Hotel location is good since it is just short walk to the Shinkiba train station with many local train lines ending or passing thru. Not too many restaurants or shops in the vicinity but there is a FamilyMart and a Fastfood place that are both open 24 hours which is life-saver because the new year time and every other shop is closed. The downside to this hotel is the laundry room. They only have two combo washing and dryer machines. Two machines for the entire hotel to use is just inadequate, since a complete washing and drying cycle is 200+ minutes! We have to wait like after midnight to even have a chance to use the machines. I mean every other hotels/Inn we went to for our trip have at least 8 machines with separate washing and dryer units. What was the logic behind this on having only 2 Combo machines for a hotel with that many rooms? What's worse is that the dryer function doesn't even work very well and we end up have to air dry our clothes in the room vent.

海浜幕張の仕事のため朝食付きを初めて利用しました。 ◯良かった点 ・新木場駅から徒歩1分と駅近なのに閑静 ・アメニティが豊富（雪肌精の化粧水、乳液、洗顔や顔パック、数種類の入浴剤あり） ・部屋の空調とは別にダイソンのファンヒーター＆扇風機があり、細かい温度調整も可能 ・ストレス疲労感ケアドリンクのチルアウトとGABAチョコがありがたかった ・エスプレッソマシン？で豊富なドリンクから選べる ◯気になった点（強いて言えば） ・部屋の向き次第だけど、朝早く電車の音が聞こえる ・受付が少なく（自動チェックイン×2、人の受付×1）時間帯により受付が混雑気味 ・受付、アメニティ設置、エスプレッソマシンが密集しており、動線が良くない 総合的には非常満足しました。
