"This house was perfect for our family to stay while visiting family in the area. The home was spacious and updated nicely with a very private and lovely back yard. The location was fabulous, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We did appreciate the abundance of cleaning and general supplies however a microwave and ice maker would be a nice addition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"This conveniently located house has been nicely renovated. It is close to Burbank, North Hollywood and Toluca Lake, the neighborhood is pleasant for walking and it is near several freeways. It has three nice sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full complement of appliances including a washer and dryer. It has a pleasant patio with a good gas barbecue as well.
