Its original distribution consists of a living room with a sofa and a kitchen with a fully equipped integrated dining room. The apartment has Heating, Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Utensils, Dishwasher, Iron, TV, Bedding, Towels, Hair dryer and WIFI. The house is located in the heart of the Ruzafa neighborhood, the neighborhood with the most bohemian and modern neighbors in the city, a particularly touristy and very central area. It is surrounded by restaurants, terraces and entertainment venues to spend very pleasant moments during your stay. Its strategic location allows you to visit Valencia without practically having to use the public transport service. In less than 15 minutes on foot you can reach some of the main points of interest in the city: Plaza de Toros, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Mercado Central, Cathedral, Mercado Colón, Jardines del Turia etc ... A short distance from the Xátiva and Colón metro stations (Lines 3 and 5) or Buses (Line 19 and 92), you can go to the City of Arts and Sciences and Malvarrosa Beach.
