“There were many good things about this hotel: location; cleanliness; price. However, we got locked out of our room when we returned at 10 p.m. because of a problem with the keypad system. So frustrating. To the company's credit, someone answered the customer service number when we called, tried to resolve the problem remotely (didn't work), and sent a caretaker who arrived about a half hour later. We had to wait outside on the street because the small lobby was about 100 degrees. It was……

“There was very little loud construction outside the window as well as in the building before 8:30 am. The place was cute and relatively clean. Owners gave us a discount for the noise”

“Overall I loved the stay, I like how we are in the heart around everything, it made everything better as well as being able to walk to and from certain places was worth it. A few minor things is that the ceiling would leak once and a while in the bathroom, and the shower water would go hot to cold every other minute, the couch could use a deep scrub, it did have stains but other than those I did enjoy my stay.”
