"The hotel was terrible. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the room was in very poor condition. The bed was dirty, the walls were damaged, and the floor was not clean. When we went up to the room, there was loud sexual noise coming from nearby rooms, and other guests were making excessive noise as well. I did not stay and left within 3 minutes of checking in, which meant I lost my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should do a much better job maintaining the property and ensuring a quiet, clean, and respectful environment for guests."

"This is an older hotel, in very good condition. The rooms are smaller than some modern hotels, but we loved it. The location, with the subway 100 feet away, is fantastic. I loved this hotel!"

"The furniture had many uncleaned items underneath it. It was disgusting. The towels had a horrible smell, like strong chemicals. I couldn’t even dry my face with them because the smell stayed on my skin. The soundproofing was unbelievably bad. If you have an important meeting or exam coming up, do not stay at this hotel. You won’t be able to rest properly. I woke up several times because of people making noise, and then around 5 a.m., I started hearing strange sounds from somewhere outside. I complained to the staff, but nothing improved. The next day, the same thing happened again, so I looked around the room to find the source. When I opened the curtain, I realized the window faced a large wall outside the hotel, and there were pigeons there making the noise. It was dark, dirty, and disgusting around the wall. The noise problem was never solved during our stay. The hotel lighting was also extremely dim. Again, if you need to prepare for an exam or an important meeting, do not stay at this hotel. The environment is not suitable at all."

"The room was small and sparse. The window looked out onto a brick wall that was about five feet beyond the windiw. On twonif our four nights the water in the shower did not get hotter than warm. The soap holder in yhe shower was broken and the tile at the far end of the shower was discolored, seemingly with mold. There was no minifridge in the room."
