“Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a suite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an upstairs suite and it was perfect- it was surrounded by trees with a few of the river in the distance. I could keep the windows open and still maintain privacy while being blissfully quiet outside. I stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for my trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Florence.”

“Beautiful little hotel right across the street from Old town. Very walkable. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Just know that 101 goes right in front of the hotel and there is some road noise. But all in all, a wonderful stay.”

“I’ve never stayed in a motel that didnt have air conditioning. It was stuffy inside my room when I arrived.i opened the windows and door and it was better. This older motel is beside a very busy road and the noise is bad. It quieted down after dark and the temperature dropped outside so I could close the door and windows. I couldn’t get the tv to work. I don’t think I would choose this motel again.”
