“front desk was rude,acted upset we had our son with us-- like we were sneaking him in informed us we would have to pay an additional $5 i paid the $5, that was not the issue--it was his attitude I showed him the reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child, overall room was sub-par at best but we arrived late and left early, it was just a halfway point but would not stay again breakfast was not good either”

“There wasn’t even a pen to write a note to the housekeeper to ask them not to leave my trash in a bag on the tv table. The microwave turntable was misaligned; the shower barely worked. I had to ask several times, but the evening desk clerk eventually came and made some adjustment to the shower faucet that improved the pressure the second night of my stay. The place is old and in dire need of some renovation, particularly the bathroom fixtures and the mattress (at least in Room 123). The sink……
