“Beds were clean and nice. Rooms were surface clean but there was stuff on walls and on furniture, broken drawer on dresser, shower tiles busted and looked like water damage in shower, shower was horrible. Surfaces were clean but cleaning was stopped there. Mold on patio curtain, random garbage on floor in bathroom and we only had 2 wash clothes and two hand towels. Had to go get bath towels.”

“Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.”

“The breakfast was good with a big variety. Nice warm breakfast. Hot Tub pool area was nice loved the hot tub. The room was large. Staff was friendly and kind. ”

“The place doesnt look what it looks like in the pictures. Elevator was acting up we thought we will get stucked. The room itself wasnt good it didnt made us comfortable. The hallways looks dark. The staffs are very nice esp the manager susan. She was helpful in processing our cancellation for our 2nd night”

“Our room had a portable humidifier/AC unit. It was crazy loud and water sprayed out of it onto the bed. The mattress was not comfortable. The tv stand had a broken drawer that was sitting on an angle. Towels were supposed to be white, but had several stains on them. We had no coffee table, or chair like the other rooms.”

“The man who works at the front desk is so helpful and friendly. And a constant source of corny dad jokes..lol! We had a great time one night building a bonfire in one of the fire pits on the property.”
