“Average Not many choices”

“Had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness, second room shower door wasn’t easily closed so water went everywhere, yard poorly up kept , bar in restaurant not open.”

“We had a room on the 8th floor. It was very clean. The lobby staff were very nice. The breakfast was good with nice views of the Chicago skyline. We were only there one night but would definitely go back.”

“This place is top notch! The room and view of the lake was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony is very small. But 2 folding chairs fit there easily. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and adequate. The noise level was perfect for me. I believe the rooms may actually be soundproof as I was told. My only complaints is that it took forever to get hot water. And the cleaning staff made the hallways smell terribly strong with the odor of cleaning……

“Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel. ”
