“Rooms were clean and well maintained. Cleaning/maintenance staff were polite and attentive. Front desk staff were nice too. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options. Laundry room was a disaster - only one washer worked and not too well. Pool got really cloudy before it was cleaned/refreshed.”

“Staff was very attentive to our needs. We needed to change rooms because of travelers directly above us with small kids. They were very accommodating and made sure that we were able to enjoy our time at the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was in great condition and everything was nice.”

“The rooms were just ok. Not as clean as they have been in the past. We had to move rooms due to loud dog barking. Then the second room smelled of dog. We were actually placed in room just below loud dog barking and thumping around. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I don't usually like Continental breakfast but I will say for a Continental breakfast it was better then other places.”

“The location of the unit was the best feature of this rental. It was right on the beach. There were a couple issues with our unit though. We went the first night and second day of our trip with the AC not working properly, but it was fixed late the next night. The pullout couch was broken. I reached out about it being broken but it was never fixed. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms because of some type of repair/issue with the pipes. Not a huge issue, but when you pay money for……
