“The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”

“Leave on a Tuesday because the rotting seaweed makes beach lounging/swimming utterly impossible. Still get charged for Wednesday and Thursday. Just greedy. Not blaming the place for the seaweed situation as that's obviously out of their hands but they should have some decency and understanding when the only reason we came to the place is for beach lounging/swimming. If we leave early because those things are impossible, have the courtesy to not charge us for an additional two days that we aren't……

“The hotel was in the mist of redoing it's landscaping by adding gaint palm trees and some new boat docks, but it didn't interfere with the overall feel of the place. We enjoyed the free paddle boards and pool. Its also located on a beautiful part of the Keys”

“This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !”
