“Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”

“This is a time share property. When we checked in, we were made to go to another desk to, "get the keys." Well, surprise, surprise, this was when we met with the "concierge" who was signing us up for a 90 minute meeting for 9 am the next day to learn all about Club Wyndham. We said no multiple times and that was just not acceptable. We only finally got away when I told them we'd go and when they tried to make me sign something saying I'd go, I refused. We had to change rooms on day two because……

“Rooms oversold. Arrived at 1 am. To one bed for four people. This cannot happen without apologizing and some effort to make it right. ”

“The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was a little small and towels were always out of stock. Overall the stay was good and would stay again when in the area.”
