“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“me and my wife were passing through Williamsburg and found this hotel thought it would be a decent hotel considering it was $230 a night. When we checked in there were wet towels in the bathroom the floor was wet , the toilet paper holder was torn off the wall. There was mould in the bathroom, and also the baseboards were peeling off the wall enough that someone could trip over it. Definitely will not be staying at a country in in the future. I will plan ahead better and stick with what I’m used……

“The room itself was very clean. However the bathroom was not. Found hair on the ceiling, countertops, and in the shower upon arrival. There was also hair on a couple of the towels as well as if they were not switched out. The tubs paint was also peeling in our room. We were only there for the weekend though and the towels were switched out for us which was great. So we made the best of it that we could.”
