“After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected……
