""Every stay at this beautiful resort truly feels like paradise, and I find myself returning time and again. The entire property is spotlessly clean, from the common areas to the guest rooms, and it always smells wonderful. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. The only consistent hurdle is the check-in time; because this is a massive hotel that hosts many large groups, rooms are rarely ready before 5:00 PM. While you shouldn't count on an early check-in, the resort makes the wait easy. You can simply leave your bags with the bell hop and hop on a boat to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. If you aren’t heading to the parks, the pool bar and stunning lounge areas are the perfect places to relax. I’ll be back again very soon!""

"Overall good experience, the staff is great and responsive. However, the rooms are outdated, including appliances and furniture. Also, the largest water park, that is being advertised as the main attraction at the resort, charges $25 per person. "

"The resort was beautiful and so convenient to Epcot. The pools and beach area was tropical and relaxing. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The sink area was great for getting ready with two people. Restaurants were great. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The front desk staff was amazing. The ENGINEERING staff needs work. Our room didnt have a dehumidifier, was a little musty and dank from lack of dehumidifier. I notify front desk, they said they'll let engineering know. No problem. Well, a few hours pass so i let them know again, same thing. About 11pm I call AGAIN, same answer. The next day I called, then just walked to the front desk and ask whats going on. They apologized profusely (again the front desk ppl were GREAT) and radio engineering. The guy finally shows up and starts off asking why i want a HUMIDIFIER, then after says "just use air conditioner it will help". After explaining that NO, it doesn't, he says "oh we don't have any. Was supposed to be in yesterday but will be in tomorrow. There are none." I let him know that I'll just go change rooms then. He says "okay fine, go change room". So yea, I walk back to the front lobby and they changed rooms immediately and apologize again for the hassle (great front desk staff). I explain my interaction, they apologize again and get on the radio with engineering as i walked out. I go to our old room to make sure we didnt leave anything and LO AND BEHOLD A FRIGGIN DEHUMIDIFIER is suddenly there that they "didnt have". So yea the older, yellow jacket wearing "engineer" dude simply didn't want to do his job. Everything else was fine, pool/hot tub are great and front staff was awesome. Drinks at the bar are spot on....I was just chapped by "engineering""

"The pictures online didn’t match what was offered to us and nor was the price honored. They assigned us a room in the villas and not the towers in which we were expecting to stay. The villas were very old and musty smelling with an outdated decor. We returned to guest services and inquired about the difference in the rooms and was told that we could “upgrade” to the towers with an additional $30 charge. I showed what I booked for and the price was that given but it didn’t matter to them. There is also a fee of $35 to park your vehicle on their property which is outrageous. Given what we paid in addition and the parking not to mention that the room was a mere okay. I would not book here again. The only thing good about this place was the warm chocolate chip cookies. In closing…if you choose this hotel, expect to pay for an upgrade because the villas are trash. "
