"Great location, easy walk to Beal St and many of the attractions. The afternoon guest service people couldn’t help with any restaurant recommendations and the bar tender gave my wife wife a small pour of wine and everyone else who were on a tab big pours. Wouldn’t give me a glass for a beer. The room was fine. "

"PROS: The valet parking was convenient. Literally steps away from the FedEx forum and Beale street. There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. CONS: The fan in the bathroom doesn’t come on separately from the light. The mini bar in our room was locked and we could not get it open, no instructions were posted. There are no...

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
