“Checked in later than expected but I made sure to contact the resort to let them know. Once my family arrived we were giving keys to our unit. When I opened the door to our unit, I was disappointed because we did not get a remodeled unit. I phoned down to front desk to inquire about it and hopefully we could get switched, but the lady told me I would have to wait to speak with the managers Ashley or Grant in the morning, and she would make a note. Of course I never received a follow up call……

“The floor was dirty and sticky, and the lightbulbs and lamps weren't working—there was only one functional light, while three were broken. The bed was covered in dust and grime. The towels were used and "smelled of sweat." The parking situation was terrible; you couldn't park head-first—you had to back in—because the space was extremely narrow. All things considered, I give it a 4 out of 10.”
