“Not servicing the rooms should have been communicated in advance of booking, not when you arrived to the facility! We could not even get a fresh towels nor trash is collected. It is clearly a hotel for travelers with pets. The breakfast was poor, not worth the money we paid at all. Staff was very kind but not contributed to our request.”

“The stay was okay and the staff was professional. However, the bathroom needs updating, with rust around the tub and shower fixtures. We also found hair on a pillowcase and blanket, which was disappointing. Thankfully, we bring our own pillowcases and blankets. With better cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.”

“The floor was dirty and sticky, and the lightbulbs and lamps weren't working—there was only one functional light, while three were broken. The bed was covered in dust and grime. The towels were used and "smelled of sweat." The parking situation was terrible; you couldn't park head-first—you had to back in—because the space was extremely narrow. All things considered, I give it a 4 out of 10.”
