"The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. I was able to make it to breakfast on two occasions and met the wonderful Denise! She provided the best service with a warm welcome. The food was good, but more choices would...

"I thought the property was beautiful and well maintained. I also thought that the pool area was very nice. My bed and room were clean and super comfortable. Only thing is when I checked in the workers weren’t the friendliest. I saw the workers help other guests with their bags and give them information about the property, where with me I was given keys and goodbye. "

The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay. "
