"Everything was great. The only thing that was an issue was the check in due to IT issues with computer other than that was a good hotel!"

"Staff was very kind. Upon initial check in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. I went down again and was granted a room request on the 1st floor after discovering how slow the elevator ran. Overall, it’s an old property and it shows. There was mildew in the base of the shower and a cockroach in the bathroom. Snack area was very poorly stocked. Thankfully, we were in the room a very short time; bed was comfy and AC worked well. "

"the hotel was alright. i thought it would be better and more high end luxury because i paid nearly $500 for only 2 nights. there’s no free breakfast, $20 a night parking, $50 to check in early just so much extra fees and it’s in a terrible place downtown. i expected better it’s an okay hotel at best."

"Staff was pleasant at check in. I was disappointed in the additional early check in fee, however. I’ve never experienced that before. Adequate breakfast but had a terrible stomach ache from eating the very greasy egg dish. I’m sure some liked it. "
