“We’re really going to miss this fabulous apartment in magical Boothbay Harbor. It’s very nicely appointed, and so comfortable and peaceful. Do not shy away from the property because it is below the owners’ vacation home. It’s super-well insulated and you wouldn’t know anyone was living above you. Even more important, having the owners there was a bonus. They went out of their way to help us have a fabulous holiday. Having the dock and the kayaks were also big pluses. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I was a day early with checking in so she made arrangements for me to go to a hotel, which was great. The place was cute and two bedrooms was great. I was allowed to take my dogs which was very important to me as one has to take meds 4 times a day and is 15 yrs old. We had a problem finding the right cabin as there is no address on the house. “Tucked away in a wooded lot, quick drive to Boothbay Harbor. Side by side units are great for friends or families traveling together.”

“The place was very clean, very quiet area, and pet friendly which was great. Nice places to walk the dog, take evening walks etc. Excellent restaurants nearby, we had a lovely time. Maybe a bit pricey (it is July at a tourist destination).”

“Perfect place and location for visiting Bowdoin.”

“Great location, one block off main street, 4 or 5 blocks from grocery store.”

“Perfect for what we needed for the week. All that was missing was some oven mitts and maybe a pair of scissors but we made it work!! Great little spot - thank you!! ”

“Great location. Prompt communication from the host. HUGE beds. Kids loved it and didn't want to go home.”

“This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying.”

“The apartment is ideally located close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and perfect for our long weekend in Maine. Spencer was prompt in answering all of our questions and handled a minor repair while we were there. Would definitely stay there again.”
