“The room was musty smelly and dirty. When bringing this up to staff and manager they showed us three other rooms exactly the same. It was fully booked so they gave us no options to upgrade or maybe move to neighboring Marriott. Spoke with manager about our balcony having bird poop covered everywhere and said would send to clean but no one ever came. Would never stay here again.”

“Very pretty/ friendly/ spacious/ clean property. It’s not on the beach but they bus you back and forth. Walkable to great restaurants. The furniture is old in the rooms but functions well. Mattress was very good ( not old). The 2 pools and pool bar are very nice. Very good restaurant onsite. They opened a market/spa onsite. My husband and I had couples massages. I would recommend.”

“I got a call from the owner a week before my stay requesting that I cancelled my reservation on Expedia to do it directly on the White Lotus website for personal gain purposes. Not the best way to start my vacation. I denied that request, and I feel like me and my family got the worst room of the hotel. My bed was broken and the bathroom light didn’t work. I wouldn’t book this again. ”

Upon arrival though, we waited some time while the correct property manager was found for our condo rental. Albert, our security guard and another property manager onsite were helpful in determining and locating which property manager our booking was under. Eventually, the correct property manger was found and arrived to let us into our condo. ……
