This is not your typical hotel, but for Williams, it is perfect. Red Garter is located in the center of the Route 66 business district, adjacent to all the shops and restaurants. There are approximately 6 rooms on the second story of a building built in the 1890s. There is no front desk. They give you a code to get in the front door.
