"The rooms were comfortable, the staff is courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Every time we left and came back they would bring a new little snack to our room. they also put you in a yukata with a big bow when you first arrive. They have delicious sake and herbal tea available in the lobby. The onsen is beautiful. The breakfast is beautiful and like art. Great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights as a couple "

"It's an older hotel that has a new owner and new name. The rooms are basic but clean and nice. Close to the main hot spring area and shopping lanes thanks to a back entrance. No early check in but the rooms were ready right at 3pm. "

"The guest service at Negiya Ryofukaku was amazing. They pay attention to detail, are friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in each and every Guest. They offer a personal shuttle to the Bus stop or the immediate local arima area. They assisted us with dining reservations for our first night. The dinner and two breakfasts were delicious.
