“Excellent air-conditioning. The room was small, although the queen size bed was very comfortable the housekeeping service was exceptional. The bathroom, although was very small, but that is European custom. The staff counter is very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“For starters, this is NOT a hotel or a hostal, this is an apartment that has 4 doors/rooms and they all share a kitchen. To enter the building, this is an apartments building and there is no way to access unless you whatssap the staff, they are not fast at responding. If you travel with children make sure they don't change you city tax for the kids. There is absolutely no one to talk to there, it is quite literally a shared apartment with doors that lock. The beds only have sheets no covers, no……

“Booked on Expedia and it clearly mentions 24 shuttle service, Do Not Believe that. Find your own ride because I tried and it was a total failure on their part. Although they apologized, it still ruined the stay. Elevator, very slow. The good, mattress and very good and it is in close proximity to some very good restaurants as well as the Vatican.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was a good location and quiet. Within walking distance of shops, dining, Vatican City, bus stop, and train station. The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our little balcony to sit on. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well”

“Een heel prettig verblijf gehad bij Francesco. Hij neemt de tijd om alles uit te leggen en is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij vertelt over de mooiste bezienswaardigeheden en hoe er te komen. Kamer is zeer schoon en voorzien van een goed werkende airco. Zeker een aanrader en bij een volgend bezoek aan Rome gaan we zeker weer terug.”
