“Krystal deserves a medal I stayed here while working the Clackamas County Fair (drawing caricatures all day until my hand resembled a claw). I needed a quiet, affordable spot nearby, and this place nailed it. Big shout-out to Krystal, the manager. She didn’t just hand me a key... she gave me options. I picked the dark, quiet cave-like room, perfect for collapsing after 12-hour days. She even knocked a night off my bill when I rolled in late, which no one ever does. When my buddy couldn’t check……

“Our desk person was friendly. Ice water was available in the lobby, which was a real treat on a hot day. The room was clean, smelled clean, and was nicely decorated. Amenities were great in and out of the room. I like that there is a bar and a service breakfast in the lobby. The pool was open and looked clean. Not thrilled about the pricing of the shop items by front desk, but they weren't much higher than other hotels on the west coast. (It is bad price gouging though.) The hotel was calm and……

“Staff enforcing rules of the pool, guests were flipping and diving into pool and these were adults showing younger kids bad behaviors. We saw that the pool is Monitored on by the front desk staff, would be great if they would enforce the rules of no diving or jumping into pool.”
