“Room was spacious and clean. Loved the bar/restaurant area. Good location.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We loved seeing all the F1 decorations and prep for the Austin race! It was a wonderful “extra” detail that made the race weekend even more fun. Also the “pit crew” t-shirts were amazing! We kept wondering if we could’ve gotten one for ourselves— haha! Each day our hotel room was cleaned nicely and left with fresh towels, beds made, etc. The breakfast that was included each morning was also nice. I would’ve loved the shower to have better……

“I’d say this is an okay place for a last minute trip. Rooms are decent. Front desk could use some improvements.”

“早餐一般，停车很方便。客房和房内的洗手间都比较宽敞，这个很赞”

“酒店位置很好，很新，很干净。特为其他住客推荐。”

“Great location by the airport and 24 hr shuttle to airport”

“Pool cooled you off so well being in the ho”

“La relación precio calidad de las instalaciones del hotel es perfecta. El problema fue que se desapareció una Dyson de mi maleta y nadie respondió ni se hizo responsable . Se preguntó dos días seguidos y solo respondían que era imposible porque todo tenía cámaras pero jamás me dijeron que revisaron ni dieron seguimiento .”

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”
