“Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but……

“We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. A shelf in the shower would've been nice as there is no space for toiletries on the rim of the tub. Only place to hang towels was above the toilet on the opposite side from the shower - need to put a hook on the wall next to shower to hang towel for when get out. “I was disappointed staying here. It absolutely did not sleep more than maybe 3 people. The bathroom was dirty. This is as bare bones as you can get- no amenities, no shampoo, or lotion or anything in the bathroom, no coffee or anything in the kitchen. The pool was ok, but the neighbors weren't kid friendly. I didn't feel super safe here. Wouldn't come back. ”

“Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. “We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends”
