“I reached out the first night because multiple advertised amenities were not available. The front desk while very nice was unable to assist. I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property. Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice. But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering. We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer……

“Beautiful location. Rooms on the small side for a luxury hotel. New staff I found not very helpful. ”

“Great location,near multiple stores and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, limited parking in front but garage parking available for free. Clean comfortable safe and aesthetically pleasing will stay here again ”

“Booked a studio suite and ended up on the 3rd floor next to the main road. Crazy noisy at night and in the morning coz the coffee shop is right there. Staff didn’t even bother to ask how the stay was, else this could have been a feedback at the front desk. The restaurant, Nido, was great as always, but never coming back to the hotel. Also, staff at the coffee shop was rude! ”

“Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. ”

“Everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lively area. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Austin. The only problem for me was that they don’t have coffee machine in the room. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. For a 4star place I would have expected to have a coffee machine in the room and I assumed they had it :( I should have read the amenities in detail:) also two of the bar……

“My room was updated but the sleeping experience was very much like a Motel 6 for 3 times the price! Poor and noisy AC/Heat, light from the neon sign streaming through the blinds, etc. Trending does not mean comfortable or even enjoyable. ”

“no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?”
