We were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately impressed by the happy hour in the lobby—live music was incredible and the complimentary cocktails were such a nice touch. The property was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. For a 4star place I would have expected to have a coffee machine in the room and I assumed they had it :( I should have read the amenities in detail:) also two of the bar……

“My room was updated but the sleeping experience was very much like a Motel 6 for 3 times the price! Poor and noisy AC/Heat, light from the neon sign streaming through the blinds, etc. Trending does not mean comfortable or even enjoyable. ”

So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?”
