Ozuna, our waiter at the buffet, remembered our drink orders every time we sat at his section. Benjamin, the bartender by the aerobics pool, was always attentive to my group. "We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend! We were celebrating our honeymoon and they went above and beyond starting with a room upgrade as soon as we arrived. Don’t believe all the negative reviews, it is all based on your preferences and everyone has different experiences. We are hoping to return next year with our kids! The staff were amazing and so friendly! We received a butler for booking through Expedia and she exceeded our expectations! Everything was phenomenal and we can’t wait to visit again!"

We stayed in the club section and our butler was super helpful in making reservations, planning excursions, and making our stay special! We will be coming back to Majestic for sure!!"
