"Our trip started out not so good we had the room next to us making alot of noise banging on walls .i talked to front desk and everything as better night two.but kiana at front desk was great she helped with everything .she greated us every time she seen us .she made us feel very welcomed "

"The woman that got us checked in was so kind and helpful. I watched her deal with a needlessly argumentative guest (upset about having to describe the vehicle he had parked in the lot) with such grace. Every member of the staff was wonderful, but she stood out. I’m only sorry I didn’t catch her name."
