"During our stay we did not have hot water, it was freezing and we’re told we could not have space heaters and were argued with about having an open flame even though it was only an LED fire screen, NOT an open flame, sheets were dirty, door wouldn’t lock connected to “common area” which we were not told or didn’t seem like a common area until we were told in a very rude way even after continuing to be respectful.
