“AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the……

“Our host was extremely helpful orienting us to the town and suggested places to stop. The property is 1 block from Commercial street where you want to brose for eats and shopping and beach, very walkable. I will recommend to my family and friends!”

“Front desk very helpful at all levels. They have made great use of the space - nice pool area, indoor & outdoor breakfast dining area, small indoor bar. They make a point to show you around the property when checking in. Our room was cozy with a king bed and large bathroom. Great amenities.”

“The newly renovated rooms were bright and comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to try the indoor pool, but it looked nice! The only complaint I have is that our reservation states free breakfast but the management said that was an error. They compromised by paying a portion of our breakfast. I think free breakfast would be a nice amenity since there is a restaurant on the premises. It also would be nice if they gave you an option of tea along with coffee in the rooms.”
