“Clean and comfortable. I came for a comedy show at Pilgrim House, and I had a great time, the location cannot be beat! It’s right on Commercial Street, so you will hear the hustle and bustle from the street below, but what do you expect of a spot above a shop, next to a restaurant and across the street from a drag bar?! And despite that, there is a peaceful garden respite with a lovely sauna and adorable deck. The listing shows a porch overlooking the beach - I didn’t see that on my stay, but I……

“No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff.”

“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“Lots of well designed public spaces to gather in both inside and outside. Good amenities. Liked the discount tickets for the restaurant across the street with great breakfast choices. Coffee services on premises was convenient. Bed linens and towels were quality. Only complaint was mattress was uncomfortably saggy in the middle.”
