"Staff was amazing. 10/10 Free coffee/ late check out options Great location Restaurant located next to the lobby. Food was good. I went on a family trip with my two teenagers. We felt safe and the staff was amazing."

"This hotel is perfectly located. The view from the 12th floor was breathtaking. We thought that the water fountain to fill provided bottles in the hall was a brilliant feature. The hotel is not fancy, but very adequate and its location just can't be beat. Just a shame you have to look at those five two-story letters across the street. Close the drapes!"

"It was our first time in Chicago, and we would definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean, quiet, and so pretty. (with an art deco vibe) It’s also located in a great area, very easily walkable to most shops/attractions/etc that were already on our list. The staff was so friendly. I wish I got the name of the lovely lady who was so generous to my friends and I. Overall such a nice comfy place to stay at!"
