“Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware....”

“When you book with a motel, you know you’re not getting a five star experience. This was no exception. The first room we were given was filthy; dirt was all over the floor and it smelled strongly of smoke (despite being a non-smoking room). We requested a different room, which they didn’t give us any hassle about. The second room was cleaner and smelled less of smoke. However, the smell of stale cigarettes still lingered in the second room (which made sense considering the cigarette burns in the……
