“Room smelled. Cigarettes butts and empty back on the balcony. Whole hotel seems kind of run down.”

“The room was clean, but we paid $300 for a one night stay and there was no shampoo, hand soap, or shower gel in our room. The breakfast was sub-par and the person working breakfast was not helpful and was too busy talking to guests instead of ensuring the breakfast stayed stocked. We were in the common room for breakfast for 45 minutes and she was talking with someone the entire time. There was no milk for cereal and other various condiments were out. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered when……

“Very quick to respond and very helpful with the glitch for streaming on TV! Thr bed was very comfortable and the laundry was great with us traveling on motorcycle! Definitely would stay again!”

“Very interesting and quaint property in the woods. Great for nature-lovers. Arrived early, told we couldn't check in yet. Came back. Both times we had to hunt up a staff person not at the desk. Room was spacious (nice). Bathroom was EXTREMELY small, no safety bar in the shower. Bed not comfortable, frame sticks out on the sides. Breakfast very minimal (little biscuits and pre-portioned oatmeal cups) We would not return.”

“Our room floor was soaked. The bathroom fan was missing in the cabinet. The shower ceiling had water damage and a huge hole that needed to be patched. The air ran and because the floor wax so wet it was like sleeping in a steam room. For the price. Very disappointed. Put in a room the apparently wasn’t finished being fixed.”

“We loved our room 319. Gorgeous lake view! Downfall "for us"...it's on the 2nd fl...no elevator. We had a great time at the pool. No need to leave the resort. A beautiful restaurant...T-Bones and a full bar and outdoor dining on the lake...Boardwalk. The staff was great! We really enjoyed our stay.”
