“There were several maintenance issues. The faucet at the kitchen sink spewed water when turned on. The upstairs bathroom door would lock but not "latch" when closed. The hot and cold water was "reversed" in the sinks. The air-conditioning didn't work in the basement. The air-conditioning would not stay set on our selection for upstairs, this was a issue with being in the 90's outside. Other than these maintenance issues it's a great property with fantastic views.”

“The cabin itself is a 10/10—a fantastic retreat that made for a wonderful stay. However, potential guests need to be aware of the access conditions. Reaching the cabin requires a 4x4 or AWD vehicle; a standard 2WD car will not make it up there at all. Additionally, the listing advertises available parking spots, but the driveway is so steep that even our AWD vehicle couldn't drive up it. We had to park at the bottom and hike up the long driveway every time we came and went. None of this was……

“Area was great - road to cabin was paved or gravel at end and good to drive on. Couch was not comfortable - old and in need of replacement for true comfort. Beds were comfy and porch was great. Kitchen adequate but stated their was a coffee grinder so we brought whole beans only to find no grinding machine. Guide to TV usage should be better for those who are not familiar with Roku TV.”

“Beautiful spacious cabin with all the amenities needed! Loved the game room with the pool table and ping-pong. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the swings available inside and out. There was a family of deer that would pass by everyday and we got to see the lightning bugs at sunset. Host was great at communicating and even warned us to be careful when some neighbors spotted a bear in the area. Cabin was clean and beds were comfortable.”

“This is a very nice cabin and very equipped. It was very clean on the inside and had all sort of items one might forget e.g phone chargers. The exterior was a little dirty with spider webs and you need an SUV 4x4 to be able to drive the road to the cabin. It is a little bit of a hassle but all in all, I would definitely recommend it. We enjoyed our stay very much and the fire pit next to the river was very relaxing. ”
